How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is in two parts:
- We charge a monthly fee for all work that we do regularly and an ongoing basis. This includes, for example, bookkeeping, BAS reviews, and ongoing support.
- For work we only do once a year like your tax returns or any project based work, we charge a separate fixed fee for this on completion of the work.
Is there a contract or minimum period?
Nope, no lock in contract and no minimum period, cancel anytime.
Can I change the services?
You sure can.
If you need us to help you out with bookkeeping during your busy period you can turn it on for a few months then turn it off when you’ve got more time.
How is the pricing calculated?
We have a detailed pricing calculator that we use to determine your price.
The factors that impact the price includes things like the number of sales channels and payment gateways, volume of transactions and the systems you have in place.
We’ll prepare a detailed proposal that is specific to your business and the services you need from us.
What does your bookkeeping include?
Our bookkeeping services are more than just clicking reconcile in Xero.
We make sure the integrations between your online store, inventory system and Xero are working and accurate. We’ll also close out your books every month and send you a report so you know what’s going on with the finances.
We can also process payroll and pay your bills for you if you’d like.
